Lauren Horen

Lauren Horen is an accomplished project manager and recruiting analyst with extensive experience in education and recruitment. Currently serving as a Project Manager in Nursing Executive Leadership at Jefferson Health, Lauren develops and manages project documents while acting as the primary point of contact for communications. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Recruiting Analyst at Accenture, where Lauren supported the federal sector by sourcing and screening candidates across multiple global requisitions and executing the full recruitment life-cycle.
