Nicole Escobedo

Nicole Escobedo, M.Ed, serves as the Senior Director of Clinician Wellbeing at Jefferson Health since May 2023, following a five-year tenure as the Director of Clinician Engagement and Well-Being at Ascension Medical Group. With extensive experience in developing and managing clinician engagement programs, Nicole has successfully led cross-functional teams, advised senior leadership, and overseen various clinical initiatives, including telehealth services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior roles at Ascension included Manager of Clinical Programs and Program Manager in Clinical and Network Services, as well as positions at Sharecare, Inc. and Vanderbilt University, where Nicole focused on community health engagement and program evaluation. Nicole holds a Master of Education in Leadership and Organizational Performance from Vanderbilt University and a Multiple Subject Credential from California State University-Sacramento.
