Thea (Murray) Burke, DNP, RN, NE-BC, serves as the Enterprise Director at Jefferson Health. Previously, Thea held the position of Senior Director of Nursing and Director of Patient Care Services at Tower Health, where responsibilities included oversight of Cardiology and Pulmonary Medicine as well as the T1 Cardiac & CTS IMU. Thea's earlier experience includes roles as Nurse Manager and Assistant Nurse Manager in Emergency Nursing Services at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Additionally, Thea has worked in various capacities at GSK and served as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for Bristol-Myers Squibb.
