Professor And Director Nursing Phd Program at Thomas Jefferson University

Bobbie Posmontier serves as a Professor and Director of the Nursing PhD Program at Thomas Jefferson University since April 2020, where responsibilities include developing a new Nursing PhD program. In addition, Bobbie has been the Co-Executive Director of Mother Baby Connections, an intensive outpatient perinatal mental health program in Philadelphia, since December 2015. As a Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner since 2011, Bobbie manages psychiatric consult referrals through a personal website. Previously, Bobbie held various academic positions at Drexel University, including Associate and Assistant Professor, and Chair of the Nursing PhD program while earning the title of Louis and Bessie Stein Fellow. Additionally, Bobbie served as President of the ISPN Foundation from 2010 to 2014. Bobbie holds a PhD in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania, obtained in 2006.
