Jerry McCauley MD MPH is a highly experienced medical professional currently serving as the Past President of the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) and the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) since July 2021. McCauley holds the position of Medical Director of Transplantation Services at Thomas Jefferson Health System and serves as Vice Chairman for Health Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at Jefferson Medical College. Furthermore, McCauley has been Chief of the Division of Nephrology at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals since March 2013.
