Kate Kleba

Kate Kleba currently serves as the Enterprise Vice President of Total Rewards at Thomas Jefferson University, a position held since January 2020, while also acting as VP of Enterprise Counsel and Interim Leader of Retirement. Previously, Kate was a Principal at Post & Schell, P.C. from June 2017 to January 2020 and served as an Associate at the same firm from July 2011 to April 2017. Kate began a legal career as an Associate Attorney at Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP from 2005 to June 2011, focusing on Litigation Services, Labor and Employment, and Government and Regulatory Affairs. Kate holds a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and a BS in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Penn State University.
