Kiara Ruiz

Kiara Ruiz, MSHRM, is a dedicated Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Thomas Jefferson University since November 2023, previously held the position of Human Resources Generalist. Concurrently, Kiara has been with Omni Health Services, Inc. since April 2019, where roles have included Human Resources Coordinator and Office Manager. Prior experience includes working as Support Staff at TW Ponessa & Associates from January 2018 to October 2018, and as an Admissions Student Worker at Central Penn College from August 2015 to June 2016. Kiara is pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resource Management at the Fox School of Business at Temple University, expected to graduate in May 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Central Penn College.
