Ross Daines

Ross Daines is a seasoned IT Project Manager with extensive experience in delivering technical and business change initiatives. Currently a Senior IT Project Manager at Thomas Miller since May 2020, Ross previously held the role of IT Project Manager at Neon, where strategic initiatives were successfully delivered to Lloyds Managing Agent while managing multiple stakeholders and vendors. Prior experience includes positions at Xchanging, where Ross drove the delivery of significant market-wide programs and led application development projects, and Siemens Hearing Instruments Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed product lifecycle management and software testing. Ross began a career in software testing at TREK Diagnostic Systems and holds a BSc in Multimedia and Digital Systems from the University of Sussex.
