Mert Onalan

Mert Onalan has work experience as a Frontend Developer at Thomas Murray starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Frontend Developer at Enocta from November 2021 to August 2022. Mert also had an internship as a Frontend Developer at JotForm from September to October 2021. Mert has engineering trainee experience at Ulusoy Railway Systems in August to September 2021, and at Ekstrametal in August to September 2019. Additionally, they have experience at IEEE METU Student Branch, where they served as the Chairman of the Entrepreneurship Society and was a member from January 2017 to June 2019. At IEEE METU, Mert organized hackathons, career events, weekly meetings, and gave lectures to undergraduate and graduate students.

Mert Onalan attended Middle East Technical University from 2015 to 2021, where they studied Metallurgical and Materials Engineering. During their time at university, they obtained additional certifications including Introduction to Git and GitHub from Google in August 2022, Python&Angular Bootcamp from Kodluyoruz in February 2021, and Python Data Structures from the University of Michigan in September 2020.
