About the Role We are looking for a motivated and experienced HVAC Lead Technician with a Journeyman's license and EPA certification. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing our HVAC division, focusing on both service and new installation work. This is an opportunity to join us on the ground floor and contribute to the growth of our company.

Job Responsibilities ·       Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including VRF systems, RTUs, Split Systems, DOAS units, Cooling Towers, Boilers, and Pumps from various manufacturers. ·       Source equipment and supplies for HVAC projects. ·       Familiarity with Energy Management Systems (EMS) and Building Automation Systems (BAS). ·       Provide expertise in troubleshooting HVAC systems and preparing accurate estimates for repairs. ·       Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery. Experience and Qualifications ·       Journeyman's license in HVAC. ·       EPA certification. ·       5-10 years of experience in the HVAC field. ·       Experience in service and new installation work. ·       Familiarity with EMS and BAS systems. ·       Experience working with VRF systems. ·       Proficiency with RTUs, Split Systems, DOAS units, Cooling Towers, Boilers, and Pumps from various manufacturers. ·       Strong sourcing skills for equipment and supplies. ·       Ability to provide estimates for repairs. Preferred Qualifications ·       Additional certifications related to HVAC technologies. ·       Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining Energy Management Systems. ·       Knowledge of smart HVAC technologies.
