Kat Lawson-Phillips

Kat Lawson-Phillips is an experienced content writer and communications professional currently serving as the Content Writer for Thomas Ridley Foodservice since August 2022, while also co-founding and directing Artefact Brewing Ltd since May 2020. Previously, Kat served as the PR and Marketing Lead for East Anglian Air Ambulance for three years, where notable campaigns included the charity's 20th anniversary and the launch of their 24/7 flying service. Additional roles include Marketing Manager at St Elizabeth Hospice and Marketing and Communications Officer at Animal Health Trust. Kat's earlier experience encompasses positions at Genesis PR and an internship at hopwood public relations. Kat earned a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communications from De Montfort University and received the CIPR Midlands Highly Commended Student of the Year award in 2012.
