McGibben Baiba

McGibben Baiba has extensive experience in the finance industry, currently serving as Director of Operations at Thomas Weisel Capital Management LLC and Montibus Capital Management LLC since June 2006. In this role, McGibben is responsible for risk management, performance reporting, and daily operational tasks. Prior to this position, McGibben worked as a Financial Analyst at Thomas Weisel Partners from October 2001 to August 2003, where the focus was on trade performance and brokerage reporting. Earlier in the career at BNY Mellon, McGibben worked as a Business Analyst in the Finance Department, contributing to risk management assessments. McGibben holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Finance from Seton Hall University.
