Albert de Kler

Albert de Kler has extensive experience in controls and digital engineering, currently serving as Manager of Controls & Digital Engineering and previously as Manager of Controls Electrical and Systems Engineering at Thomassen Energy BV since 2001. With a strong background in gas turbine technology, Albert leads a team of 15 engineers specializing in various turbine models. Prior roles include Control Engineer for warehouse automation systems at Lalesse and Team Leader of controls at NEG Micon, focusing on wind turbine control systems. Albert's engineering career began at Thomassen International, working on gas turbine control systems, and earlier at Motrac Hydraulic as an Electrical Engineer. Albert holds a Master of Science in Controls System Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from HTS Utrecht, and an MTS in Electrical Energy Technology.
