Robert Surdyka

Robert Surdyka is an experienced IT specialist with a diverse background in technical support and IT administration. Currently employed at Thommen-Furler AG since January 2021, Robert focuses on support, administration, Active Directory, and VMWare VDI. Previously, Robert held positions at alcosuisse ag, providing expertise in Dynamics NAV and Business Intelligence, and at LGT, where migration from Windows XP to Windows 7 was a key responsibility. Robert's earlier roles include IT Support Specialist at e-support ag, IT Support Technician in the Schweizer Armee, and additional IT support roles at Galexis AG and Berner Kantonalbank AG. Robert also worked as a teacher for HP, training users on multifunction devices, and has a long tenure in services and support dating back to 1993 with Prompt Computer.
