Elmer Ramos has extensive experience in the construction industry, holding various project management and engineering roles in companies such as Thompson Builders Corp, R&S Construction Management Inc., Blanco Architecture Inc., and Champion Scaffold Services Inc. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from San Jose State University, Elmer excels in coordinating with subcontractors, city inspectors, and public works departments to ensure projects are completed on time and per specifications. Additionally, Elmer has a strong background in preparing RFI's, submittals, cost estimates, and managing subcontractors.
