Delana Murdock

Delana Murdock is an experienced data analyst currently working at THOMPSON Child & Family Focus since May 2020, where responsibilities include collecting, analyzing, and reporting outcomes data to support performance and quality improvement. Prior to this role, Delana served as a Grants and Data Specialist at A Child's Place, focusing on data collection and grant management from October 2015 to March 2020. Delana has also held positions as a Volunteer Coordinator and Student Advocate at Girls on the Run International, alongside various roles including Freelance Copywriter at Vale Studios and BSW Intern-Volunteer Advocate at Guardian Ad Litem. Delana began a career in education as a Preschool Director and Gymnastics Instructor at Lake Norman Gym Academy from 2005 to 2012.
