Lana DiCostanzo is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in social work and education. Currently serving as a Care Specialist at THOMPSON Child & Family Focus since January 2022, Lana also operates DiCo Does, facilitating workshops and youth activities centered on holistic health and wellness. Previous roles include Community Support Interventionist at MALINDA GRAHAM & ASSOCIATES, where case management and cognitive behavior therapy activities were emphasized, and Systems Impacted Youth Program Manager at Deep Center, focusing on program development for systems-impacted youth. With a strong foundation in education, Lana has also worked as an English teacher and paraeducator, achieving significant student growth and development. Lana holds a Master of Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Pratt Institute.
