Marnie Phelps

Marnie Phelps has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Marnie started their career as a Graphic Designer at Steelman Partners in 1998, eventually transitioning to a Business Development role at BSW International in 2000. Marnie then joined SGA Design Group in 2005, where they served as an Associate & Director of Marketing & Business Development for ten years. In 2015, they moved to Cyntergy AEC as a Business Development professional, staying there until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, Marnie worked at Manhattan Construction Company as the Director of Community Relations. Marnie then joined Miller Tippens Construction Company, LLC. in 2020, assuming the position of Director of Business Development until 2021. Currently, Marnie is positioned as the Director of Business Development at Thompson Construction Inc., a role they have held since 2022.

Marnie Phelps obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from the University of Arkansas, where they attended from 1993 to 1998.
