Raul Cardenas

Raul Cardenas is an experienced professional in project management and emergency management, currently serving as a Regional Project Manager and Operations Manager at Thompson Consulting Services since February 2014. As an independent contractor since March 2007, Raul has managed construction projects from inception to completion, holding the title of Project Superintendent. Previously, Raul worked as a Senior Field Supervisor at Atkins Global, overseeing recovery efforts and debris removal for over 200 individuals following Hurricane Irene in Virginia. Raul's education includes a Master of Liberal Arts in Philosophy, Literature, and Rhetoric from Springhill College, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Mobile, and multiple certificates in Emergency Management from FEMA.
