Allison Ehle, P.E. has a diverse work experience. Allison started their career as an Engineering Intern at B&A Consulting Engineers in 2004. Allison then worked as a Recreational Gymnastics Coach at Atlanta School of Gymnastics from 2002 to 2004. In 2009, they returned to B&A Consulting Engineers as a Mechanical Engineer, where they stayed until 2015. In 2012, they also took on the role of Girls Competitive Team Gymnastics Coach at Atlanta School of Gymnastics until 2015. Since 2016, they have been with Thompson Ehle Company, starting as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and currently holding the position of Director Of Mechanical Engineering.

Allison Ehle, P.E. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.
