Taylor Gillis

Taylor Gillis is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in proposal management and event coordination. Currently serving as the Marketing and Proposal Coordinator at Thompson Engineering since July 2023, Taylor previously held the role of South-Central Proposal Manager and Marketing Specialist at Mott MacDonald from June 2019 to August 2023. Earlier experience includes working as a Paraprofessional at Santa Rosa County School Board and as a Recruiter at South Inc Nashville. Noteworthy achievements include organizing St. Augustine's fourth annual A Gatsby Affair fundraising event and serving as President of the Flagler College Campus Activities Board, where Taylor planned events for students and the local community. Taylor holds a degree in General Studies from Flagler College, where involvement as a Student Ambassador contributed to admissions efforts.
