Todd Johnston has extensive work experience in the consulting industry. Todd started their career at Deloitte in 2010 as a Consultant and later became a Senior Consultant, where they led the transformation of business rules and developed reconciliation tools for financial management systems. In 2014, they joined IBM as a Management Consultant and later became a Senior Managing Consultant. During this time, they directed and led client engagement teams in managing operational change management and strategic financial transformations. Todd also played a key role in developing and executing strategic plans for organizational design and financial reporting transformation. In 2016, Todd joined MorganFranklin Consulting as a Senior Manager and was promoted to Director in 2019. Todd then joined BDO in 2020 as a Managing Director, where they worked until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Strategic Growth at Thompson Gray, Inc.
Todd Johnston has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Auburn University. Todd also holds a Master's degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business.
