Grant Alef has a diverse background in administration, operations, and coaching within the healthcare and sports industries. Grant led the Emergency Department Operations at UR Thompson Health, ensuring regulatory excellence and overseeing day-to-day operations. Prior to that, they founded Swim Theory and managed all aspects of the business. Grant also held roles as Lead Development Coach for the Rec-Plex Sharks Swim Team and Program Director for the St. Charles Park District Swim Team. Additionally, they served as a Graduate Assistant for the NCAA DII Men's and Women's Swimming and Diving Teams at Lindenwood University, where they provided instruction, managed administrative tasks, and coordinated program activities.
Grant Alef completed their Bachelor's degree in Health/ Health Care Administration/Management at Saint Louis University in 2015. Grant then pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in the same field at Lindenwood University from 2015 to 2017.
