John Oliphant, PhD, PA-C, CPH has a diverse background in healthcare, education, and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of the Global Public Health Program at the Rochester Institute of Technology, John has been instrumental in developing degree programs and guiding students in the field of public health. Additionally, John has extensive experience as a Physician Assistant and has served in various leadership positions within healthcare organizations.
