Bill Garcia began their work experience as an Attorney at Howrey LLP in 1983. Bill then worked as a Senior Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher from 1987 to 1992. From 1992 to 2004, they served as a Senior Legal Counsel at Gannett. Following that, they worked as Vice President of Compliance Oversight at MCI from 2005 to 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they held the position of Managing Director of Client Services at Howrey LLP. Afterwards, they became Executive Director of Strategic Initiatives at Howrey LLP from 2010 to 2011. Bill Garcia attended Harvard University from 1976 to 1980, where they obtained an AB mcl degree with a combined concentration in History and Government. Following this, they enrolled at the University of Chicago Law School from 1980 to 1983, earning a JD degree in Law. In addition to their formal education, Bill obtained the Accredited Legal Project Manager (ALPM) certification from the True Value Partnering Institute in March 2020.
