Elizabeth Frayer

Elizabeth Frayer is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in banking and finance. Currently serving as a Partner at Thompson Hine LLP since March 2016, Elizabeth previously held the position of Counsel at the same firm. Prior to this role, Elizabeth worked as an Associate at Emmet Marvin & Martin LLP from September 2006 to March 2016, where representation included banks in various roles during public and private securities issuances, asset-backed securitizations, and cross-border project finance transactions. Elizabeth's earlier experience includes working as an Attorney in Risk Management at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae and as a Senior Paralegal in Structured Finance at Hunton & Williams. Elizabeth holds a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Cornell University.
