Jeff Kocsis

Jeff Kocsis has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Jeff began their career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant, where they gained experience in teamwork, critical thinking, and leading small teams. During this time, they focused on software development and package implementation projects.

After five years, Kocsis joined Capgemini Ernst & Young as a Manager in Management Consulting. In this role, they further refined their leadership skills and project management toolkit while working on various projects, including the development of a software model and a large-scale implementation of an integrated healthcare product.

In 2003, Kocsis returned to Ernst & Young, this time as a Senior Project Manager in Global IT Services. Jeff dove deep into project management and learned about methodologies such as waterfall, iterative, and agile. Jeff later became a Solutions Delivery Leader, overseeing IT applications supporting the Advisory practice globally and managing a team of project managers, business analysts, developers, and testers.

In 2010, Kocsis joined EY as an Americas Assurance Service Delivery Manager, responsible for delivering technology solutions to the Americas Assurance practice. Jeff then transitioned to the role of Service Delivery Manager, Advisory FSO & Risk Managed Services, where they led the technical aspects of business managed service solutions and contributed to shaping the managed service framework.

Most recently, Kocsis joined Thompson Hine LLP in 2019 as the Associate Director of Solutions Delivery. Jeff is responsible for delivering Information Services projects to support the legal practice, including the multi-year implementation of an enterprise financial management system and overseeing the implementation of all IS department projects.

Jeff Kocsis obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Ohio University, where they pursued their studies from 1991 to 1995.
