Julia Zerman has extensive experience in legal recruiting and talent management, currently serving as the Director of Legal Recruiting at Thompson Hine LLP since August 2011. Previous roles at Thompson Hine LLP include Senior Manager of Legal Talent, Manager of Legal Talent, Legal Recruiting & Professional Development Specialist, and Legal Recruiting Coordinator. Prior to this position, Julia Zerman was the Head of Recruiting, Training & Development at Cleveland Research Company from November 2006 to December 2009 and worked as a Recruiter at Midwest Research FTN from August 2000 to October 2006. Julia Zerman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Case Western Reserve University.
