Kenzie Coning

Kenzie Coning is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in sports education and event management. Currently serving as the Manager of Development Events at Thompson Island Outward Bound since March 2023, Kenzie previously held multiple roles at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee from April 2019 to March 2023, including Manager of Youth & Community Sports Education and Coordinator of Coaching Education and American Development Model. Key achievements include developing a national strategy for youth sports, facilitating educational programming for coaches, managing a national grant program, and creating the Panam Sports Mobile Coach training platform. Kenzie also has background experience in educational settings, having worked as an Assistant Teacher at Good Shepherd School for Children and as a Resident Assistant at Indiana University Bloomington. Kenzie holds a Master of Education in Positive Psychology & Athletic Leadership from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Law and Public Policy from Indiana University Bloomington.
