James Berglund

James Berglund is the Chief Legal Officer at Polsinelli since August 2021 and has served as a Partner at Thompson & Knight LLP since 1992. With a robust background in legal representation, James focuses on complex business claims and various litigation areas, including antitrust, contract disputes, health care fraud, class actions, securities, products liability, dram shop liability, and aviation law. Prior to their legal career, James worked as an Auditor at Arthur Young from 1986 to 1989. James holds a JD from the University of Kansas School of Law (1992) and a BS in accounting and business administration from The University of Kansas (1986). James completed high school at Salina Central High School (1981).
