Jennifer Morris

Jennifer Morris has several years of experience in human resources. Jennifer is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Thompson Law Injury Lawyers since February 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Nuvectra as a Senior HR Business Partner/HR Consultant from October 2018 to January 2020. In this role, they provided guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and organization structure, as well as improving working relationships and employee morale. Before that, they worked at Conifer Health Solutions as the Human Resources Director from April 2014 to August 2018, where they provided HR guidance to operational leaders and collaborated with specialists on various HR matters. Jennifer also worked at Coventry Healthcare/Aetna as a Human Resources Generalist from July 2007 to January 2014. In this role, they managed various HR functions such as policy administration, staffing, organizational development, and employee relations. Jennifer also oversaw multiple-site acquisitions and maintained staff morale during transitions.

Jennifer Morris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing and Management from Texas A&M University. In 2002, they obtained the certifications of Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) from WorldatWork and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from HRCI. Additionally, in 2003, they obtained the certifications of Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) from WorldatWork.
