Keli Ratcliffe

Keli Ratcliffe, CPSM, currently serves as the Client Service Manager and Client & Community Development Manager at Thompson & Litton since November 2018. With a strong background in public relations and marketing, Keli held the position of Director of Public Relations at Hurt & Proffitt, Inc. from January 2017 to October 2018 and previously worked as the Marketing Director at Anderson & Associates, Inc. from August 2006 to December 2016. Keli has also contributed as a Board Member for the Giles County Chamber of Commerce since 2008, and has experience in marketing roles at Gay and Neel, Inc. and the Virginian Leader Newspaper. Keli holds a BA in English/Communications from Virginia Tech and is skilled in various areas including relationship management, graphic design, event planning, and media relations.
