Matthew Allen possesses extensive experience in civil engineering and design, currently serving as Project Manager and Design Engineer at Thompson & Litton since July 2019. Matthew has a strong background in roadway project analysis, design, and cost estimating, with earlier roles as Transportation Designer at L.R. Kimball and Civil Designer at Hurt & Proffitt, Inc. Additionally, Matthew is a member of the Technological and Socioeconomic Advisory Board for Drafting-CAD at WCCTC. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering Technology and multiple associate degrees from Bluefield State University, complemented by certifications in CAD/Drafting from Wyoming County Career & Technical Center. Matthew's career foundation began at Twin Falls Resort State Park, transitioning through various engineering and architectural roles.
