Stacy Fowler

Stacy Fowler is a Senior Project Manager at Thompson & Litton since February 2019, specializing in the preparation of complete project documents and supporting documents for funding applications. Prior experience includes roles as a Civil Engineer at STAFFORD CONSULTANTS INC and Engineering, Design and Construction, Inc., as well as a Project Engineer for the City of Port St. Lucie. Additionally, Stacy served as an Adjunct Professor at Bluefield State College, teaching engineering courses. Educational qualifications encompass a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Bluefield State University.
