Mark McDonell

Mark McDonell has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Mark served as the Chief Operating Officer at Thompson Machinery starting from November 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the President and CEO at FlaglerCE Holdings from April 2004 to July 2018. Additionally, Mark McDonell had a long tenure at Bank of America, where they held positions such as Managing Director Mid-Cap Investment Banking and Senior Vice President. Mark was responsible for providing investment banking services to regional bank clients in the Southeastern US and served multiple industry sectors.

Mark McDonell attended the University of Florida from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance.
