Victor Creese, CPP, MBA, currently serves as Payroll Manager at Thompson Pipe Group, overseeing multi-state payroll operations for 1,000 domestic employees and ensuring compliance with various payroll laws. Previously, Victor held multiple positions in payroll management, including International Payroll & Global Mobility Program Manager at HollyFrontier, where responsibilities included managing payroll for international employees and serving as a subject matter expert for Human Resources. Additional experience includes payroll system management and tax compliance roles at Carlisle Companies Incorporated, HollyFrontier Corporation, PetSmart, Apollo Group, Xerox, and EDS/Cardinal Health, with a strong foundation in administration and reconciliation of payroll for a diverse employee base. Victor holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Western International University and a BBA from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
