Paul McKnight has extensive experience in sales and customer service across various industries. Currently serving as an Inside Sales Representative at Thompson Pump since July 2017, Paul is involved in sales and rentals of heavy-duty dewatering and construction pumps for diverse sectors including public works and mining. Prior to this role, Paul spent over five years at The Home Depot, holding multiple positions from Merchandising Assistant Store Manager to Specialty Assistant Store Manager, focusing on enhancing customer service and product sales. Earlier experience includes working as a Travel Lift Operator at Ventura Harbor Boatyard, where responsibilities included managing the maintenance and launch of boats.
