Ashley Lauer

Ashley Lauer is an accomplished product manager at Thompson Retractor since March 2024, bringing significant engineering expertise from previous roles at Toyoda Gosei Americas and Detroit Gun Works. With experience as an engineer in both companies from October 2019 to February 2024 and September 2018 to September 2019 respectively, Ashley developed a strong technical foundation. Prior to these roles, Ashley served as a design engineer at JSP from October 2013 to August 2018, also gaining valuable experience during a design engineer co-op. Ashley holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, both earned from Kettering University.
