Full System Development Life Cycle including planning, analysis and design, development and implementation, testing and integration, operations and maintenance. Significant experience in Modular Open Systems Approaches (MOSA – USG) in multiple areas: Open Mission Systems (OMS), Future Airborne Capability Environment (FACE™) and Sensor Open Systems Architecture (SOSA™).  Proficiencies in conversion of hardware that has Diminished Manufacturing Sources (DMS) to replacement hardware either as form-fit-function or as migration to new platforms like PowerPC Architecture to ARM processors or custom backplane to OpenVPX chassis.  Leading knowledge and capabilities in Agile process and Agile implementation.  Full continuous integration stack focus from source control through automated build pipelines including the auto-generation of substantial parts of the framework: black box tests, white box tests, Modified Condition/Decision Coverage (MC/DC) tests, code stubs for types in multiple languages, requirements traceability through high level to low level requirements, etc.  Specific extensive capabilities in web application development varying from embedded to public internet environments for both the Department of Defense and the private sector.  Significant experience in aircraft sustainability and maintenance software design, development and operations.
