Levi Ponder is a seasoned professional in leasing and marketing management, currently serving as the Regional Leasing & Marketing Manager at Thompson Thrift since February 2021, overseeing marketing strategies and operations across the Midwest and Arizona regions. With a rich background that includes roles such as Regional Leasing & Marketing Specialist and Community Manager, Levi has successfully led various new development projects to high occupancy rates and has been recognized with multiple awards, including the 2021 Leasing Team of the Year.
