They have held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Retail Sales & Leasing at Thompson Thrift and Vice President at Seven Development, where they focused on retail commercial real estate. Currently, Ryan serves as Vice President of Development at Thompson Thrift, spearheading new development opportunities across the Southeastern and Midwestern regions. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Miami University and is actively involved in the International Council of Shopping Centers' Next Generation Program.
