Bruce Phillips has over 23 years of experience in the power systems and service industries. Currently serving as Electric Power Product Support at Thompson Power Systems since November 2010, Bruce specializes in generator maintenance, service solutions, annual preventative maintenance, periodic inspections across all brands, and extended warranties for Caterpillar products. Prior to this role, Bruce was the Service Center Manager at Altec Industries, Inc. from January 2000 to November 2009, overseeing daily operations, budgeting, safety, and customer satisfaction at the Birmingham service center. Bruce holds a certification as a Mobile Hydraulic Mechanic and earned an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from Emory University between 1976 and 1978.
