Matt Serotsky

Matt Serotsky has a wealth of experience in the construction and heavy equipment industry. Matt started their career at Caterpillar Inc. in 2001, where they completed their Marketing Training Program before becoming a Forest Products Sales Rep. In 2006, they joined Thompson Tractor Company as the Director of Marketing, where they were responsible for developing and sustaining an integrated marketing organization structure. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of ERP Project Manager, successfully implementing Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 over a 22-month project timeline. Matt then served as the Director of Technology & Business Alignment, followed by VP Power Systems. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Power Systems & Lift Truck at Thompson Tractor Company.

From 1996 to 2001, Matt Serotsky pursued their Bachelor's of Science degree in Engineering at Auburn University.
