Caren De Vos has extensive experience in the travel industry, particularly with Thompsons Holidays since December 1996, where Caren currently serves as a Trainer & Coach, focusing on staff development and training for new and existing employees. Past roles include Regional Reservations Manager, where Caren led a team of 25 to meet sales targets, and Team Leader for the Indian Ocean Islands, Far East & Europe divisions, achieving recognition as a top performer while managing and guiding smaller teams. Caren began the career as a Reservations Consultant in both the Indian Ocean Islands and South Africa, converting leads into sales. Caren holds training from the Travel Training Institute and completed education at Hoerskool Die Fakkel.
