Paul Gribble is a Partner at Thomson Geer since February 2018, specializing in various aspects of contract, property, infrastructure, maritime, regulatory, commercial transaction, and competition law. Paul has a strong focus on ports and harbours, maritime trade, logistics, and transport infrastructure projects, covering areas such as dredging, pipelines, stevedoring, and tariff structuring. With previous experience as a Partner at Clayton Utz from January 1989 to February 2018, Paul has developed extensive knowledge in vessel construction, complex leasing, property development, and transport asset transactions, including acquisitions and due diligence.
