Established in 1975, THOMSON PLASTICS, INC. (TPI) has developed processes that integrate the complexity of design with steady and reliable production. Our engineers, managers and production staff allow us to serve a broad range of markets, providing every project with our expertise in logistics management, quality control and just-in-time delivery. TPI has three facilities located in Thomson, GA., Howell, MI. and Lexington, NC. and our plastic injection molding capacity ranges from 60 tons to 3,150 tons.

The Maintenance and Technical Services team at Thomson Plastics is responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency and reliability of all production equipment and facilities. This includes routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of plastic injection molding machinery, supporting processes, and tooling upkeep. They also focus on optimizing manufacturing processes and implementing technical improvements to enhance product quality and production efficiency.
