Earvin Feliciano

Earvin Feliciano is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as Director, HR Business Partner at Thomson Reuters since October 2022. Prior to this role, Earvin spent a decade at ANZ in various HR positions, including Talent & Culture Business Partner, HR Divisional Consultant, and HR Operations & Payroll Manager, focusing on key HR programs, people-related issue analysis, and management of HR operations for over 8,000 employees. Earvin also held the position of HR Operations Manager at IBM, overseeing HR Service Delivery for over 10,000 employees. Earvin holds a Master of Technology Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the Philippines, along with a 200H Yoga Teacher Training certification from White Space Mind and Body Wellness.
