Karen Christou

Karen Christou is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in business operations, currently serving as Senior Director of Business Operations at Thomson Reuters since November 2013. With a proven track record in innovation and strategic problem-solving, Karen has successfully implemented end-to-end prospect-to-cash solutions across a global footprint, managing over 55 legal entities in more than 150 countries. Prior roles include Global Business Operations Manager, where Karen led significant customer operations during legal entity separations, and Global Customer Experience Manager at Custom Computer Specialists from September 1998 to October 2013.
