Sina Gholamian

Sina Gholamian, PhD, is a seasoned professional in the fields of natural language processing (NLP), deep learning (DL), and generative AI, currently serving as the Manager and Tech Lead for Applied Research at Thomson Reuters Labs. With a progressive career, Sina has held positions such as Senior Applied Research Scientist and Applied Research Scientist specializing in machine learning and NLP. Prior to this, educational contributions were made as a PhD Researcher at the University of Waterloo. Additional industry experience includes roles as a Staff Design Engineer at Intel Corporation, Computer Performance Architecture Engineer at Qualcomm, and Embedded Software Architect at Thalmic Labs, which was acquired by Google.
