Ann Bodkin-Smith, MBA, CPCU, CIC, CRM has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ann started their career at The Insurance Connection Co, Inc. in 1983 as an Operations Officer, where they managed a $10M insurance agency. Ann then moved on to Zurich Insurance in 2000, where they served as a Sr. Sales Executive and was responsible for driving the development of new profitable business through independent agents. At Deep South Insurance Services, Ann worked as a Business Development Specialist, focusing on producing new business through independent agents and increasing total written premium. Ann then joined CNA Financial as a Field Sales Specialist, providing marketing, technology, and underwriting support to agency distribution partners in Louisiana. Ann also served as an Adjunct at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette from 2008 to 2019.
